He has served as an adjunct profession at the College of Santa Fe, the University of Phoenix and the University of New Mexico since 1993.

Carol "CJ" Lamers

Kelvin J. Pennington
Mr. Pennington is the managing principal of Pennington Partners & Co. and has been a general partner of PENMAN Asset Management. LP, the general partner for the PENMAN Fund since 1991. From 1982 to 1990, Mr. Pennington worked for Prudential Capital Corporation where he held various positions leading to vice president of coprorate finance. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Pennington invested more than $577 million in a vaiety of transactions including nine leveraged buyouts. Mr. Pennington received a BS degree from Purdue University and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Robert J. Sutter
Mr. Sutter is chaiman and CEO of Automatic Products International. He is past chairman and CEO of IPI, Inc., the parent company of Insty-Prints. Inc. He prrviously served as a partner with Arthur Andersen & Co., president of Sports Products Group Worldwide, and president of Genmar Industries.
